The Board of Trustees normally meets quarterly on the third Wednesday of each month in the 4th Floor Conference Room at City Hall, 2200 Second Street, Ft Myers. The meetings begin at 9:00 AM.

The Board holds their quarterly business meetings at the scheduled March, June, September, and December meetings; the Board does not meet in January, April, July, or October.
