The Benefit Resource Center offers benefit consulting services for fully insured and self funded benefit plans.

The Benefit Resource Center starts by seeking qualified and responsible carriers to provide benefits to your employees, or to the participants of your health and welfare trust. Such plans must also adequately control the cost of claims and related expenses. The Benefit Resource Center adds value to this process by identifying carriers and benefit plans that combine responsive claims management with quality delivery of care at a competitive cost.

We believe that you have a responsibility to your employees or members to make informed decisions regarding benefits by reviewing all of the available options.  Thus, we take a very comprehensive approach to the benefit selection process.  We also review all of the benefit proposals and summarize the results to assist you as you make decisions regarding benefits. 

Our job does not end with this process. Once you decide on an appropriate plan of benefits, we will conduct enrollments to educate your employees or members about the proper use of their benefits. We will process changes and track enrollment in the various benefits that you offer, including contributions required by the employer and employees, and payments due to the benefit providers. We will continue to review and analyze claims, making recommendations on plan design changes as necessary.  We will negotiate with insurers and benefit providers on your behalf, review agreements, and maintain records relating to your plans and benefits. And most important, we will remain accessible to your employees or members at all times to enhance communication, resolve issues, and insure smooth operation of all benefit programs on a ongoing basis.
